Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that Eastwood supplies age-restricted products only to individuals who meet the applicable legal age requirements.
Minimum Age Requirement
Customers must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to:
- create an Account for age-restricted purchases;
- purchase age-restricted products;
- receive age-restricted products;
- accept delivery of age-restricted products.
Verification Process
Eastwood may conduct verification at one or more stages including:
- Account registration;
- checkout;
- payment review;
- fulfilment;
- delivery.
Accepted Identification
Eastwood may accept government-issued identification including:
- Emirates ID;
- passport;
- driving licence;
- other government-issued identification approved by Eastwood.
Identification must:
- be valid;
- be legible;
- not be altered;
- belong to the individual presenting it.
Delivery Verification
Recipients may be required to present identification upon delivery.
Eastwood reserves the right to refuse delivery where:
- identification cannot be provided;
- identity cannot be verified;
- age cannot be verified;
- fraud concerns arise.
Fraud Prevention

- suspicious behaviour;
- altered documents;
- duplicate accounts.
Refusal of Service
Eastwood may suspend, restrict or terminate Accounts where verification requirements are not satisfied.
Records
Eastwood may maintain records relating to verification activities in accordance with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy.
Changes to this Policy
Eastwood may update this Policy from time to time.
