How do I place an order on EastWood.com?

Browse our catalogue, add the items you'd like to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You'll be asked to sign in or create an account, choose a delivery address, and complete payment. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with the order details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and cash on delivery within select areas. All online payments are processed through a PCI-compliant gateway.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel your order while it is still in the "Processing" stage. Once the order has been packed for dispatch, changes are no longer possible. Contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, EastWood digital gift cards are available in a range of denominations. They are delivered to the recipient by email and can be redeemed online at checkout.

What are your delivery areas?

We currently deliver across all seven Emirates of the UAE. You can confirm coverage for your specific address at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery in Dubai is typically same day or next day. Other Emirates are delivered within 1–2 business days. Express delivery options are available at checkout where eligible.

Is there a minimum order for free delivery?

Yes — orders above AED 300 qualify for free standard delivery. Below that, a flat delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.

How can I track my order?

After dispatch you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also see live status from your account under "My Orders".

Products & Stock

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Stock status is shown directly on each product page. If an item is unavailable you can opt in for a back-in-stock notification.

Do you guarantee product authenticity?

Every product we sell is sourced directly from authorised distributors and producers. We guarantee 100% authenticity on every bottle.

Can I request a product that's not on your website?

Yes — get in touch with our customer support team and we'll do our best to source it for you, subject to availability and licensing.

Are your products age-verified?

Absolutely. All purchases require age and ID verification at delivery. We strictly comply with all UAE alcohol regulations.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Due to local regulations, opened or partially consumed bottles cannot be returned.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please refuse the delivery or contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes — contact support within the 7-day return window and we'll arrange an exchange where the requested item is in stock.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, an account is required so we can verify your age, manage your delivery details, and keep a record of your orders for re-ordering and support.

Can I refuse delivery if I'm concerned about someone?

Our drivers are trained to refuse delivery to anyone who appears intoxicated, underage, or unable to provide valid ID. You can also contact us in advance to request a delivery be cancelled.
